James Lew Biography
James Jene Fae Lew (born September 6, 1952) is an American actor, martial artist, and stunt coordinator. With a career spanning over several decades, Lew has appeared in 80 on-screen film and television roles and has worked on an additional 46 projects as a stunt coordinator or stunt double. His choreography can be seen in popular movies like Get Smart, Killers, and Big Trouble In Little China, as well as television shows including National Geographic's Fight Science, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven, and Entourage. Lew is proficient in various martial arts styles such as Shaolin Kung-Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, and Boxing. He is also known for training Brad Pitt in sword fighting for the film Troy. Early in his career, Lew appeared in films like The Killing of a Chinese Bookie and Killpoint. In 2017, he starred in the sci-fi film Star Raiders: The Adventures of Saber Raine alongside Casper Van Dien, Cynthia Rothrock, and Sara Salazar.
