Emperor Cast

Emperor is a 2012 American-Japanese historical drama film directed by Peter Webber, featuring Tommy Lee Jones and Matthew Fox in the lead roles as General Douglas MacArthur and Brigadier General Bonner Fellers. The movie follows Fellers as he is assigned the pivotal task of deciding the fate of Emperor Hirohito in the aftermath of World War II, while simultaneously searching for a Japanese exchange student, Aya, whom he had met years earlier in the U.S.
