Terri Hawkes is a Canadian actress and writer. She is best known for her roles in various movies and TV shows, including playing Kelly Hennenlotter in the horror film Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II, Adrienne in Beverly Hills 90210, and Wendy Masters in General Hospital. Hawkes gained significant recognition for being the second English dub voice actress for the title character in the Japanese anime series Sailor Moon. She has also showcased her voice acting talents in other projects, such as The Care Bears Movie and the TV show, where she voiced Baby Hugs Bear and Shreeky. Hawkes has worked as a voice director and assistant voice director in several animated series and films. She is also a writer and has penned the screenplay for the 2002 film The B.
