    Paul McKenna (born 8 November 1963) is a British hypnotist, behavioural scientist, television and radio broadcaster, and author. He is known for his expertise in hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, weight loss, motivation, and meditation. McKenna has written and produced numerous self-help books and multimedia products, and has hosted self-improvement television shows. He also presents seminars on various topics. McKenna began his career in radio at a young age and went on to work for several stations. He became interested in hypnotism after a guest appeared on his show, initially for self-development reasons, but later discovered the entertainment aspect. McKenna was born in Enfield, London and attended St Ignatius' College.
